How It Works
Purchase
We find undervalued properties to acquire and borrow from our lenders to purchase and renovate the property.
Renovate
Shortly after, we renovate the property. Once the renovations are complete (typically 6-12 months), we’ll refinance the property and look for tenants.
Return
Interest payments will be made monthly and when it’s time for closing, you’ll receive your principal. The goal is to return a substantial profit, building a long term, mutually beneficial relationship.
